Shipping policy
Processing: All orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (processing time can take up to an extra week for your order to process). Processing means receiving your information and preparing your order.
Shipping: All orders are normally shipped from our facility within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (processing time can take up to an extra week for your order to ship). Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information and sometimes an estimated delivery date. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.
We do not ship on major U.S. holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
UNITED STATES DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Estimated arrivals: All orders are estimated to arrive within 1 week depending on geographical locations and the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed while in transit; please contact the postal carrier listed in your tracking information.
Please expect a shipping delay during the Winter Months, inclement weather, major holidays and BDAIÂ big sales.
LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES:
As we do apologize in advance if you happen to experience any issues with receiving your package from BDAI. Please read carefully below to be advised of our policies.
We are responsible for the following:
Damaged items (Please keep all packing material and notify us within 1 business day of receiving your package.)
We are NOT responsible for the following:
Lost packages (With incorrect and incomplete shipping addresses). Please contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information for assistance.
Packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Reshipment fees for returned packagesÂ
Damaged/Worn merchandise after more than 1 business day of receiving your package.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
