Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.
Orders typically take up to 3-4 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. On this rare occasion, please contact USPS.
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Tracking My Order
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
Things to Know
- All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification.
- We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales.
- All Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.
- You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
- Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
- We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
- Please Note: A signature is required upon delivery of ALL orders. Otherwise your order may be returned to us and you will be responsible for any further shipping fees.
